New Steam Multiplayer Service

New Steam Multiplayer Service

March 01, 2017

The latest big update to the Making History series is the integration of Steam-based Multiplayer for The Great War and The War of the World.

This new service replaces the former and now defunct MP hosting platform operated by the original owners of the Making History series. Factus Games has also made significant improvements to MP lobby that should provide easier game setups and better information when networking problems exist.

As many of our users will testify, Making History games can provide great multiplayer gameplay. Factus Games is interested in cultivating this mode of play and we want to hear from the community on how to make it better. With Steam’s matchmaking system and the newly added features, we expect players will enjoy a more reliable and stable multiplayer experience.
